Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Homes of Singapore handles your personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, property type and any message. When you ask us to follow up on a calculator result, we also keep the figures you entered (for example a selling price, loan balance or CPF amount) so we can prepare what you asked for. We do not collect more than we need to respond to you. The calculators themselves work on your device; nothing is stored unless you send us a request.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide the sales, purchase or leasing services you asked about, and follow up on your request. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details you provided.
Consent
By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted about it. Occasional market updates by WhatsApp are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box; you can stop them at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. You may withdraw any consent at any time, after which we will stop using your data for that purpose.
Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted parties only where necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, a conveyancing lawyer), and only with your knowledge.
Protection & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorised access. Enquiry and calculator-request records are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you unless you become a client (when transaction records are kept as the law requires), or you ask us to delete them sooner.
